Conducts regular maintenance work throughout buildings on campus.

Assembles office equipment, cabinets, shelving and furniture.
Assists with maintenance of geothermal plant and air-conditioning throughout campus, cleans ac coils and assists the HVAC tech as needed
Performs basic electrical and mechanical work with supervision and responds to service requests on a variety of requests.
